As has been reported over the last few months, the Town of Deep River hired Vision Government Solutions, Inc. to assist in its state-mandated revaluation program, required every five years. The reassessment project will establish market value as of October 1st, 2015 and will be reflected in the tax bills issued in the summer of 2016.
