Mission
Determine the value of each taxable property within the Town of Sprague for use in determining the rate of taxation in support of the community's budget to the best of my ability.
Responsibility
Assessor is responsible for the discovering, listing and valuing of all the real estate and personal property located in the Town. The Grand List is compiled effective October 1st each year. All real property assessments are based on 70% of market values as of the Town's last revaluation.
